Machroes Beach

Machroes is a long, sandy beach located to the south of Abersoch, merging with Abersoch Beach and backed by Abersoch Golf Club. At the southern end of the beach there is a small car park and toilets.

Tŷ Mawr Wybrnant

The first person to translate the Bible into Welsh was the bishop from the Tudor era, Bishop William Morgan, and at Ty Mawr Wybrnant farmhouse, near Penmachno, in the Conwy Valley,you can visit the site of his birthplace.
