Barmouth Beach
Attraction
Barmouth is southern Snowdonia’s most popular seaside resort. In summer, its big sandy beach is a magnet for visitors, yet there’s so much space along miles of unbroken sands that it never gets overcrowded.

Caernarfon Castle
Attraction
A brute of a fortress. Caernarfon Castle’s pumped-up appearance is unashamedly muscle-bound and intimidating. Picking a fight with this massive structure would have been a daunting prospect.
Dinas Dinlle
Attraction
Dinas Dinlle is a popular beach with easy access. Its upper shore of small pebbles soon gives way to a vast expanse of firm, golden sand.
