Fairbourne Railway

It’s the smallest of Wales’s narrow-gauge railways, with a track width of only 12¼ins. So it’s dinky, it’s sweet – but it takes you on a railway ride through the dunes to some pretty big views of the Mawddach Estuary and mountains beyond.

Pant Du Vineyard | Orchard

Pant Du Vineyard and Orchard is situated on the stunning slopes of the Nantlle Valley, Snowdonia, North Wales. The vineyard and orchard has been planted on the south facing glacial slopes of the valley, at the foothills of Snowdon.
Plas Tan y Bwlch

Formal terraces, a water garden and pond are located in the higher parts of these gardens, together with sloping lawns, ornamental shrubs and coniferous trees, some of which were planted in Victorian times.
RSPB Conwy

The Conwy RSPB nature reserve is a wetland on the east bank of the Conwy estuary, created from material dug out during construction of the A55 road tunnel.
