Criccieth Castle

Dolbadarn Castle

Probably built by Llywelyn ab Iorwerth ('the Great') early in the thirteenth century, the castle is dominated by a massive round-towered keep, still standing up to 50 feet (15.2m) high.
Dolwyddelan Castle
