Abererch’s beautiful beach, an ideal place for families, extends all the way to Pwllheli. It’s pristine and unspoilt, with a shallow gradient and wonderful views of Cardigan Bay and Snowdonia.

Abersoch is home to one of the most popular beaches on the Llŷn Peninsula – it’s certainly amongst the liveliest. The main beach is perfect for lounging since it’s in a beautiful, shady location.

Fairbourne’s beautiful golden sands are backed by a steep bank of pebbles. They fringe a narrow finger of land that extends most of the way across the mouth of the Mawddach Estuary, with stunning views of mountains, woodlands and the sea.

Machroes is a long, sandy beach located to the south of Abersoch, merging with Abersoch Beach and backed by Abersoch Golf Club. At the southern end of the beach there is a small car park and toilets.

The old fishing village of Porthdinllaen has a deep-rooted attachment to the sea. The sandy beach spreads itself along a perfect cove and natural harbour, with a Lifeboat Station at one end.
