Headed up by the award-winning chef and TV personality, Daniel ap Geraint, The Gunroom Restaurant at Plas Dinas offers the feel of a traditional country house with a dash of London glamour.

They offer a quintessentially British Afternoon Tea served daily in various settings throughout the house with a choice of unique tea blends, delicious homemade cakes and dainty savouries.

The evening dining experience offers a monthly changing menu, designed around the seasons and using the freshest local Welsh produce, their award-winning restaurant offers an elegant and romantic dining experience in a historic country house oozing romantic tales set in the heart of Eryri (Snowdonia). A huge achievement for The Gunroom Restaurant was being added to the Michelin Guide in April 2022.
