Aberdaron to Porth Meudwy

walking

A quiet, scenic walk from the coastal village of Aberdaron to the small fishing inlet of Porth Meudwy. A boat takes passengers from here to Ynys Enlli (Bardsey Island) during the summer months. The path has dramatic coastal views, including Ynysoedd Gwylan. There is also a section along a quiet country lane and two sheltered wooded valleys. It is possible to undertake longer circular walks along this section of coast towards Mynydd Mawr overlooking Bardsey Sound.
