Heritage is one of those words that can mean many things. It’s certainly true when applied to Snowdonia. It’s shorthand for language and culture, ancient sites and historic gardens. So it doesn’t just mean old stones. It may well be rooted in the past, but in this part of the world it’s also translated into a living heritage that’s vibrant and forward looking. It’s built into our castles.
